Don Hotz has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Board for both nTech Solutions Inc. and Michael Management Corporation since 2015. Previously, Hotz held the position of Chief Information Officer at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from 1991 to 2012, overseeing business analytics and mobility for a large organization with nearly 100,000 employees. Hotz's earlier roles included Application Solutions Manager at CSC, where responsibility included managing a $27 million budget for SAP-based internal operations systems, and Human Resource Information Systems Manager at General Dynamics, where supervision involved a staff of six and budget management for HR services across the West Coast. Hotz began a career in data systems leadership at GD Convair Division, ensuring effective support for corporate benefits and retirement systems. Education was obtained at UC San Diego between 1975 and 1980.
