Colin Ridlon is an accomplished business leader with a diverse background in strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Michael Management Corporation since August 2023, Colin's previous experience includes working as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and as a Summer Associate at Rose Hill, where significant contributions included the development of investment theses and innovative analytical tools. As the founder and President of SCPB, LLC., Colin established a proprietary model for investing in domestic real estate. Prior experience also encompasses serving as a Foreign Language Instructor and Department Chair at the Defense Language Institute, where Colin enhanced the academic experience and training processes, and in the Army Special Forces, where leadership and operational excellence were demonstrated.
