Scott Schneider has a diverse background in careers and culinary management, currently serving as the Careers Program Manager at Minnesota Independence College and Community since January 2023. Previously, Schneider held roles within the same organization as the Experiential Learning Manager and Culinary Instructor from May 2019 to January 2022. Experience also includes work as a Chef at the University of St. Thomas from November 2017 to May 2019 and as a Job Coach at Midwest Special Services, Inc. from August 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included supervising individuals with developmental disabilities and teaching essential life and work skills. Early career experience includes serving as a Lead Cook at Sanford Health from 2012 to 2014. Scott Schneider holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead, obtained in June 2014.
