Lindsey Ryan is an experienced wellness and athletics professional, currently serving as a Wellness Program Assistant at Minnesota Life College since August 2016, where activities focusing on healthy living and nutrition are developed. In addition to coaching volleyball at Eastview JO Volleyball and Eastview High School, Lindsey has acted as an Enrollment Specialist at StayWell, facilitating participant registration for health coaching programs. Previously, tutoring in public speaking at Luther College helped enhance communication skills, while roles as a Fitness Instructor at Curves and Head Coach at Decorah Volleyball Club allowed for the development and mentorship of athletes. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Fitness Promotion from Luther College, obtained in 2016.
