Benjamin Hoofs is an experienced professional in sales and customer care, currently serving as Sales Manager at Micazu since April 2022, where responsibilities include expanding rental and sales offerings and managing commercial advertisers. Previously, Benjamin held roles including Business Development Manager and Sr. Customer Care, contributing to the successful launch of a multilingual sales platform and optimizing user experiences. Prior to Micazu, Benjamin worked in various customer service and tourism roles at companies such as Hogeschool Utrecht, Sunny Cars, YourTravel NL, and Thomas Cook, building extensive expertise in client relations and process improvement. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional language studies in French.
