Margit Klima-Bencic is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and coaching. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at MIC Customs Solutions since 2012, Margit previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company. From October 2002 to December 2011, Margit worked at Austria Bau Oberösterreich GmbH as Leitung Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. Margit holds a Master of Arts in Personalentwicklung in der lernenden Organisation from TU Kaiserslautern, a Master of Science in Coaching from ESBA European Systemic Business Academy, and a Mag. iuris in Rechtswissenschaften from JKU.
