Erin J. currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miami Valley Community Action Partnership, a position held since October 2020, after previously being the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. From January 2008 to October 2020, Erin J. worked for the City of Dayton, advancing through roles including Division Manager and Acting Community Development Manager, focusing on housing development, community initiatives, federal grant administration, and poverty reduction. Earlier experience includes positions as a Legislative Aide at the University of Dayton and an intern at Reynolds and Reynolds. Erin J. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, and Human Rights, as well as a Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
