Rolando Mesa has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served as a Reserve Police Officer with the City of Miami Police since January 2019 and as a Police Officer with the City of Miami from April 1990 to January 2019. Rolando Mesa completed education at Christopher Columbus High School, graduating in June 1988.
