Natalie Williams has a diverse range of work experience in education and child care. Natalie is currently the Director of Education at the Miami Children's Museum. Prior to this role, they served as the Site Director at STARCHILD ACADEMY, where they were responsible for overseeing school operations and ensuring compliance with education programs. Before that, Natalie was a Project Director at AdventHealth, where they developed early learning programs for a low-income community. Natalie also served as a Principal at Nobel Learning Communities, where they oversaw the K-5th program and managed various responsibilities related to school administration. Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as a Center Director at Bright Horizons and as a Field Director at Learning Care Group, where they provided leadership and support to various schools and participated in the pilot program for the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) initiative.
Natalie Williams completed their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Florida State University, from 2003 to 2007. Natalie then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Leadership at Nova Southeastern University, from 2011 to 2013. Later, they obtained a Master's in Special Education from the University of Miami, from 2017 to 2019. Natalie also holds several certifications, including the Exchange Leadership Initiative from Exchange Press, which they obtained in July 2020. Additionally, they are a NAEYC Premium Member, having obtained this certification in January 2020. Natalie has also obtained an Advanced Director's Credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families. Natalie is associated with various organizations such as the National Black Child Development Institute and the Southern Early Childhood Association through their professional memberships.
