Joe Pelayo, CCIM, SIOR, CIPS, serves as the CEO and Broker of Total Real Estate Consultants, Inc. since July 1996, and has also been a Commercial Real Estate Instructor at both the Commercial Real Estate Alliance and the Miami Association of Realtors since 2012 and 2005, respectively. Before this role, Joe Pelayo was the CEO and Broker at America Real Estate from August 1986 to July 1996. Joe Pelayo's educational background includes studies at The CCIM Institute and City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College, where coursework focused on Accounting and Admin/Accounting from 1987 to 1988.
