Awaadh Al Otaibi has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Awaadh is currently serving as the CEO of Miahona, a position they have held since March 2018. Prior to this, they have worked as a Member of the Board of Directors for several companies since January 2013. Awaadh has also held leadership positions in the National Water Company and the Ministry of Environment Water and Agriculture, where they served as Vice President - Commercial Affairs & Privatization and General Manager - Commercial Affairs respectively. Awaadh has also held executive roles in companies like ADDAR Chemicals Company and Global Company for Downstream Industries. Furthermore, Awaadh has served as a Board Member in the Saudi Council of Engineers. Awaadh'searly career included roles as a Technical Consultant, Senior Technical Analyst, and Assistant Technical Analyst in the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Awaadh holds an MSc degree and Cert. Dir. designation.

Awaadh Al Otaibi earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems at Cranfield University. Awaadh obtained additional certifications including Associate Value Specialist (AVS) from SAVE International ® in April 2014, Chartered Professional Engineer from the Saudi Council of Engineers in September 2011, Professional Member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in September 2010, and International Member of the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in March 2009.
