Francesco Soncini Sessa began their work experience in 2001 as a Consultant at @Logistics Reply. Francesco then progressed to become a Senior Consultant and later a Team Leader RFID & Mobile Business at the same company. In 2006, they joined Logistics Reply as an R&D Manager. In 2009, they became an R&D and Marketing Manager at Reply, and then progressed to Manager BU Captive Market 3pl. From 2011 to 2015, they served as an Associate Partner at SideUp Reply, a Reply company focused on mobile and cloud computing solutions for Supply Chain Execution. Francesco then became a Partner at SideUp Reply from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2020, they assumed the role of CEO of Logistics Reply Srl and served as a Partner at Reply. In 2020, Francesco Soncini Sessa joined Mia-Platform as the Head of Strategic Alliances.

Francesco Soncini Sessa completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Liceo Scientifico Statale Alessandro Volta between 1988 and 1993. Francesco then pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Politecnico di Milano from 1993 to 2000. Later, they enrolled at SDA Bocconi and obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2007 to 2009.
