BÃ¥rd Skaslien has significant work experience in various roles and industries. BÃ¥rd worked at Mia Health as the CCO & Partner, responsible for scaling the company nationally and internationally in 2023. BÃ¥rd focused on customer success, user adoption, and inbound strategies. Additionally, they built and structured the internal 'Growth team' for cross-team collaboration.

Prior to that, they were at Memento U as the CCO & Partner, where they also focused on scaling the company nationally and internationally. BÃ¥rd worked closely with product and sales in the internal "Growth team." BÃ¥rd was then promoted to the role of CPO & Partner, where they had total responsibility for product and led the company through a major pivot. BÃ¥rd subsequently became the CEO & Partner before transitioning to focus on product and platform development.

Before their roles at Mia Health and Memento U, BÃ¥rd Skaslien was involved in consulting and speaking engagements related to training, activity, and health through their company MTH Skaslien Konsult / Skaslien Invest. BÃ¥rd also worked as a Club Manager at Fresh Fitness A/S and as a General Manager at SATS ELIXIA.

Furthermore, they served as a Vaktsjef, shareholder, and board member at VAKTFORMIDLING.NO AS and held the position of Adm. Dir. at Victus As.

BÃ¥rd Skaslien attended It Akademiet from 1999 to 2002, studying Web- og grafisk design / Systemutvikler. In 2013, they studied as a Personal Trainer at Afpt. From 2005 to 2006, they studied Vekter/livvakt at Ronin Consulting/Vaktformidling. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued Muskel-/idrettsterapeut NMiT at Natura Medica Akademiet.
