In 2005, they moved to Ralph Lauren as a Department Manager - Home. From 2010 to 2022, they worked as a Store Manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Human Resources Director - MI Technical Solutions at M I Technical Solutions, Inc.

Traci Thaw has an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Marketing from Nassau Community College and has attended Farmingdale State College.
