Marco Silva is an experienced engineer and project manager currently working at Airbus as an Airbus A220 Industrialization Engineer, focusing on lead time and cost reduction projects. With a background at MI-GSO | PCUBED since 2015, Marco has led development projects for Automated Driving Systems and managed IT and building management systems for Chevron Real Estate. Prior experience includes roles at Ford, where Marco developed strategies to reduce assembly line stoppages, and various project management positions within Airbus on the A350 program.
