Jordan Oja is a seasoned customer relations professional with extensive experience in various roles within the telecommunications and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Customer Relations Supervisor, Combination Technician, and Customer Service Representative at Mi-Fiber, LLC since July 2020, Jordan has previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at DHI Group, Inc., along with roles as Receptionist at Mantality Health and multiple positions including Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative at Mediacom Communications. Jordan Oja is pursuing further education at Black Hawk College and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Des Moines Area Community College.
