Louise Humphrey is an experienced governance and compliance professional, currently serving as the Director of Governance and Compliance and Company Secretary at mhs homes since September 2020. In this role, Louise manages governance, regulation, risk, data protection, and legal administration while providing oversight and advice to the Board. Previously, Louise co-led Pathways to Independence as Co-CEO (Resources), focusing on strategic development and financial, HR, and property management. Louise's extensive background includes serving as Assistant Director at Green Alliance, where responsibilities involved financial planning and overseeing administrative functions, and holding positions at the European Parliament and the East Midlands European Office, enriching expertise in parliamentary processes and EU relations. Academically, Louise holds a PGCert ICSA in Charity Management, a Master's in European Integration, and a BA(hons) in Modern European Studies.
