Stephen Warn has extensive experience in testing and verification roles across various companies within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently a Test Analyst at MidlandHR since September 2010, Stephen creates and executes both manual and automated test cases for a web-based Payroll and HR application, focusing on functional and non-functional scenarios. Prior to this, Stephen served as an Integration and Verification Engineer at Ericsson (formerly Marconi), coordinating system tests for software and hardware across multiple development groups. Stephen's earlier positions at Marconi included MHL System Proving Team Leader and System Proving Engineer, where responsibilities involved designing test schedules and executing test scenarios for telecom products. Stephen's career began in HM Forces, serving as a Telecommunications Operator Special in the Royal Signals. Education was completed at Cuthbert Mayne between 1984 and 1989.
