Laudgerla Andre has extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors, currently serving as Supervisor of Member Services at Fidelis Care since June 2022 and as a Mental Health Clinician at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Laudgerla held various roles at Fidelis Care from 2011 to 2021, including Supervisor Connection, Supervisor of MLTC, Quality Improvement Specialist, Quality Associate, and Member Services Associate.
