Herman Bijl has extensive experience in the aviation industry, with roles in quality management, engineering, and technical support. Herman currently serves as the Director In Service Engineering and Technical Support at MHI RJ Aviation ULC, overseeing key responsibilities such as the Customer Response Center and Mobile Repair Team activities. Prior to this, Herman held managerial positions at Bombardier Aerospace and roles specializing in risk management and airworthiness assessment in the Regional Jet sector.
