Gerard G. is an experienced professional in client management and business development, currently serving as the Head of Client Management at MHC Asia Group since November 2020, leading a team focused on client retention and portfolio growth across Singapore and Malaysia. Previously, Gerard held the position of Director of Sales & Partnerships, where strategic business growth was achieved through managing key partnerships. Before MHC Asia Group, Gerard worked at AIA Singapore as Assistant Director of Agencies & Recruitment Manager, overseeing business development and recruitment initiatives, and gained extensive experience in employee benefits insurance through roles at Tokio Marine Group and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. Gerard began a career in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Armour Infantry Combat Specialist before pursuing a diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
