Cristian Nicolae is an experienced professional with a strong background in warehouse and inventory management. Currently serving as a Shift Manager at MH Star UK LTD since May 2021, Cristian has successfully built and trained a high-performing team while implementing effective shift planning and performance tracking. Prior to this, Cristian was an Inventory Management Specialist, achieving a 98% inventory accuracy rate and improving efficiency significantly.
