Steven Cleary is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and process engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Program Management at MGS Mfg. Group since March 2011, Steven has held various roles including Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Process Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at The Tech Group as a Process Engineer and at Aptar as a Moulding Technician/Team Leader. Steven's early career started as a Student Technician at GE. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Technological University of the Shannon, multiple project management certificates from the Institute of Project Management, and additional training at the Irish Management Institute and First Polymer Training Skillnet.
