Marysabel Gonzalez is a highly experienced professional in reliability engineering, currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Mondi Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Marysabel held positions including Senior Reliability Specialist at West Fraser and Reliability Manager at Asia Gulf Power Service Company Limited in Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities included leading the Reliability Engineering Department and coaching team members on reliability initiatives. Marysabel has also contributed to the Association of Asset Management Professionals as a Volunteer Director for Women in Reliability and Asset Management.
