Tim Dyer has extensive work experience in the engineering and production management field. Tim started their career at Joseph E Seagram & Sons as a Draftsman in 1980 and later became a Utilities/Maintenance Supervisor. Tim then joined Pernod Ricard in 2000 as a Sr. Staff Engineer. In 2007, they moved to Lawrenceburg Distillers Indiana, LLC as a Production Manager and Distillation and Mashing Engineer. In 2011, they joined MGP Ingredients as a Production Shift Manager, and later became a Project Engineer. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering - Lawrenceburg at MGP Ingredients.

Tim Dyer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1976 to 1984.
