Roman Pavelko is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles, notably as a Senior Software Engineer at MGM Resorts International since January 2022. Prior to this, Roman contributed to Sovos in roles of Principal and Senior Software Engineer from March 2019 to January 2022 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Scopic Software from July 2013 to March 2019. Roman's career began at UKEESS Software House as a .NET Software Developer and at TOV "Alfa Premial" as a SA/1C Software Engineer. Roman Pavelko holds a Master of Computer Applications in Software Development from STEP Computer Academy and a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Lutsk National Technical University.
