Melanie Cook serves as the Director of Global Sales at MGM Resorts International since April 2013, overseeing sales for a leading global hospitality company renowned for its destination resort brands such as Bellagio and MGM Grand. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Director of Association Sales at Pan Pacific Vancouver, managing international incentive and corporate accounts until March 2013. Previously, Melanie worked at Fairmont Hotels-Vancouver as the Director of Meeting and Incentives US, where responsibilities included fostering relationships with US clients for corporate events and incentives. Melanie’s career began at Coast Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Corporate Travel from June 1993 to November 2009. Melanie completed education at Vancouver Community College (VCC) and the University of Victoria, following studies at Mount Douglas.
