Katherine M. is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President & Legal Counsel at MGM Resorts International since January 2017. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Associate at John H. Cotton & Associates from May 2015 to January 2017 and worked as an Attorney at ProMed Management Group from July 2014 to April 2015. Educationally, Katherine gained practical experience as a Student Attorney at the GW Law Small Business Clinic in early 2013, and as a Law Clerk with State Farm Claims Litigation Counsel during the summer of 2012. Additional foundational experience includes a Judicial Internship with The Honorable Joseph E. Beshouri at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and roles as a Staff Assistant with Ryan Erwin and Associates and the U.S. Senate.
