Sonia Chao, CFA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Membership Digital Experience & Strategy at MGM MACAU, a position held since July 2018. Prior roles at MGM MACAU include Senior CRM Project Manager, CRM Project Manager, Assistant CRM Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Sonia began their career at MGM Resorts International as a Management Associate in Corporate Finance and held a position as Management Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis at MGM MACAU. Additional experience includes roles at Coach as a Sales Associate, Roundhouse Financial Services as a Research Analyst, Deloitte as an Audit Intern, and Baker Tilly International as a Tax Intern. Sonia Chao holds a Master’s Degree in Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Manchester.
