Leslie Cheung is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as F&B Assistant Director and Restaurant Manager at MGM MACAU since February 2019. Previously, Leslie held the position of F&B Executive Manager at Galaxy Macau, overseeing the operations of the food court and various outlets. Leslie's career at MGM MACAU began in January 2012 as Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Michelin-recommended Square Eight Restaurant and later as Restaurant Manager, earning the Premio Empresa de Qualidade Star Merchant Award under the Macau Government Tourist Office's accreditation scheme. Prior experience includes senior roles at the Grand Lisboa Hotel Macau and Moso Moso Chinese & Thai Restaurant Bar, as well as management at Tai Pan Chinese Restaurant. Leslie holds a degree from The University of Salford.
