Karen Wagster has extensive experience in various support and customer service roles, currently serving as a Personal Lines Processor at Missouri General Insurance Agency since September 2021. Prior to this position, Karen was a Membership Specialist at Bridgeton Recreation Center from May 2017 to January 2022, and a Recreation Aide at Bridgeton Community Center from April 2007 to April 2017, where responsibilities included front desk management and customer interaction. Additionally, Karen worked as Office Support Staff IV at the University of Missouri - St. Louis from February 1994 to April 2017, providing secretarial support to faculty in multiple departments, and as a Secretary in the Human Resource Management Services at Monsanto Company from September 1980 to December 1993, handling payroll and benefits. Karen completed education at Lutheran High School North from 1973 to 1977.
