Karen M. has over 30 years of experience in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as the L&D Manager and previously as the H.R. Manager at MGF since August 2002, Karen has played a crucial role in shaping learning and development initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hunter Douglas from August 1985 to August 2001, where Karen held the position of Unit Manager for Southern Africa, overseeing operations and driving performance in the region.
