Nelson Tam is a Senior Manager Design Engineer at MGA Entertainment since June 2018, responsible for hands-on product engineering, 3D development, and prototyping. With previous experience at Mattel, Inc. from 1993 to March 2018, holding various titles including Director of Product Development, Senior Manager, Manager of Product Development, and Engineering Liaison, Nelson has led teams to drive New Product Introduction and oversee project management activities. Nelson's background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
