Bianca Gonzalez is an accomplished Key Account Manager at MGA Entertainment, responsible for negotiations and the management of key customer accounts, including ECI, Amazon, and Juguettos. Previously, Bianca held a similar role at Bandai Co., Ltd, where responsibilities included meeting sales and profitability targets and developing annual account plans. Bianca's experience also encompasses a managerial position at Toys"R"Us, where oversight of the Girls and Plush category was key. Early career experiences include roles as a Brand Manager at Herederos de Nostromo, Marketing Chair for ALPFA Boston, PR Assistant at SHIFT Communications, and various positions at IBM, including Inside Territory Sales Representative and Marketing Analyst. Bianca holds a Master’s Track Diploma in International Marketing from Boston University and has completed additional coursework in communication, marketing, and global sales.
