Arturo Valderrama has extensive experience in release management and system support, currently serving as a Senior Release Manager at TRANZACT since February 2021. Prior to this role, Arturo worked as a Salesforce Administrator and Release Manager at AYNITECH GROUP from September 2019 to January 2021, and as a System Support Analyst at everis from January 2019 to August 2019. Arturo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, obtained in December 2022, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ISIL Aprende Haciendo, completed in June 2014.
