Elissa Lyra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment management and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Investments Equities, Multi Asset & Sustainability at M&G Investments since August 2022, Elissa previously held senior roles at Robeco, including Director of Product Development and Senior Product Development Manager, from March 2019 to July 2022. Elissa's career spans over two decades with NN Investment Partners, where various leadership positions were held from January 2010 to March 2019, and earlier roles at AES, AES Eletropaulo, and Grupo Santander. Elissa's educational background includes advanced degrees in Banking, Finance, and Business Law from esteemed institutions such as IMD, Fundação Dom Cabral, and the Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, along with a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
