Nailah Limbada currently serves as the Head of Finance at M&G Investments Southern Africa since October 2019, where Nailah is a member of the Executive Committee and holds executive director positions on multiple boards, including M&G Investment Managers and M&G Investments Life South Africa. Additionally, Nailah chairs the M&G SA Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Prior to this role, Nailah worked at EY from January 2013 to 2019, holding various positions including Senior Manager and Manager in the Financial Services sector, specifically focusing on Wealth and Asset Management. Nailah's early career included a role as a Trainee Accountant at the University of Cape Town, where Nailah also served as a finance tutor. Nailah earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, and is currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Financial Management from the same institution.
