Andy Zhu is a Principal at MFX Ventures since September 2023, specializing in bespoke commercial real estate modeling and advisory services, particularly in affordable housing, development, multifamily, and hospitality, with a successful track record of advising on over $750 million in deal volume. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Business Development at Pentagon Holdings, LLC, where strategic development for over 1,600 units was managed, and overseeing a $500 million+ development portfolio. As an Affiliate Broker at Westgate Enterprises CRE and Keller Williams Green Hills, Andy contributed to commercial leases and real estate transactions. Founding A to Z Real Estate Services allowed for personal investment in rental properties and managing substantial renovation projects. Additional roles include Asset Manager at a Private Development Company, where significant underwriting and financial modeling were conducted. Education includes a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.
