Andy Chen is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in optimizing and re-engineering IT strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy CIO - ICT at the Multinational Force Observers since July 2012, Andy Chen is responsible for overseeing business applications and enterprise infrastructure for 2,500 users. Previously, as Director of Enterprise Business Computing at Weber State University, Andy Chen managed IT strategies for 25,000 students and 2,000 users, ensuring robust infrastructure and services. Andy Chen has also held senior IT leadership roles at FrontRange Solutions, EYERIS, and Verizon, where significant improvements in operations and budget optimization were achieved.
