Stephan Whitley has over 30 years of professional experience. Stephan began their career in 1989 as a Senior Refining Economist/Process Control at ExxonMobil, where they worked in two of the largest refineries in North America. In 1998, they became a Partner at The Sinclair Group. Stephan then moved to Caravel Solutions LLC in 2011, where they held the roles of Partner. In 2018, they became the CEO of MFG Analytic.

Stephan Whitley attended the University of Washington from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
