Arnold Castro, MBA has extensive work experience in the technology field. Arnold began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer at Wells Fargo. In the same year, they also worked as a Systems Engineer at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Combat Engineer in the US Army. From 2007 to 2018, they were the Director of Technology at RCP Inc. In 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer at both MFG Analytic and Caravel Solutions Inc.

Arnold Castro, MBA has an extensive educational background. In 2004, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Campbell University. From 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Analytics from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Arnold has obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2019, a Texas A&M MBA Graduate certification from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School in 2017, and a SAS-Texas A&M University Academic Specialization in Data Analytics certification from SAS in 2022.
