Thais Bordon, CPA, currently serves as an Associate at MFA Financial since December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2018 to December 2020 and positions as Accounting Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist at Capital Bank from August 2016 to July 2018. Thais began a career in the industry as an Assistant Engineer at All Service Design between August 2014 and August 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida International University (2016-2018), an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Miami Dade College (2015-2016), and a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría"​ (2008-2013).
