Dogan Dogan has worked in the technology and media industry for over 20 years. In 1999, they were the Turkey Country Manager and President of Mezun Group, a new media and technology company with a virtual community of young populations. Dogan then moved to XR Masters in 2015, where they were the Turkey Country Manager. At XR Masters, they worked on Mixed Reality R&D projects with Microsoft, IBM, and Ernst & Young. In 2021, Dogan joined OnSiteViewer as Turkey Country Manager, where they work on AR Cloud + 5G Edge based raytracing using a unique combination of physically accurate materials on building proposals together with a photorealistic digital twin of the environment based on HD reality capture.

Dogan Dogan attended the University of Baltimore from 1998 to 2001 where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Dogan then attended Tarsus American College from 1988 to 1994. Afterwards, they attended Istanbul University from 1994 to 1998 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
