Rob Hanlon is a Partner at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, a position held since January 1986. Prior to this, Rob served as a Regional Planner at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Planning Commission from 1975 to 1986, where involvement included a range of planning activities such as environmental, economic, water quality, transportation, aviation, land use, and zoning projects. Notably, Rob prepared the Airport Zoning Regulations for 17 public airports in southwestern Pennsylvania. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from St. Vincent College.
