Malte Poelmann is an experienced executive in the maritime industry, currently serving as an Executive Board Member for Design & Engineering at MEYER WERFT GmbH & Co. KG and Meyer Turku since January 2005 and January 2023, respectively. Malte has held several key positions within MEYER WERFT, including Head of Sales & Design, Head of Mechanical Engineering, Head of Plant & System Integration, Project Engineer, and Trainee. In addition to these roles, Malte Poelmann is the Geschäftsführer at MEYER NEPTUN Engineering and MAC Hamburg, and Chairman of the Board at Piikkio Works Oy, Ems Precab GmbH, and MS Maritime, UAB. Other contributions include being a Board Member at ALFRED Maritime GmbH and Technology Design and Engineering ENG'nD Oy, as well as Chairman of the Board at TSI (Technical Services) d.o.o., showcasing a strong leadership presence across various organizations within the industry.
