Dixon Grayless has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Dixon started their career at Sysco in 1996, where they held various positions such as Controller and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, they led financial reporting, analysis, planning, and IT functions. Dixon also played a significant role in Sysco's enterprise-wide business transformation program. After Sysco, Dixon worked at Grocers Supply as Vice President and Corporate Controller before the company was sold. Dixon then joined SolomonEdwards as a Senior Manager in Consulting, where they helped transform finance organizations for national clients. Following that, Dixon joined Core-Mark International as the Corporate Director of Finance, where they implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a financial performance management solution. Before their current role, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager in Consulting, specializing in finance and technology transformation for global clients. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President and CFO at MEXCOR International, responsible for finance, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and M&A integration. Throughout their career, Dixon has demonstrated strong leadership, innovation, and achievement in improving finance and accounting functions.
Dixon Grayless has a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Baylor University. Dixon also holds the certification of Certified BlackLine Implementation Professional from BlackLine, which they obtained in 2015. Dixon Grayless is also an Eagle Scout.
