Teodora Popadiyna has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Junior FinOps Specialist at Mews since November 2017, alongside previous roles as Customer Support Manager and Customer Care Supervisor. Prior to this, Teodora worked at Grand Hotel Sofia from January 2006 to November 2017, where responsibilities included Yield and Inventory Manager, overseeing pricing strategies and revenue maximization, and Reservations Supervisor, training agents and managing reservations. Previous roles also encompassed Front Office Manager at Best Western City Hotel and various positions at Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan and Aerotravel. Teodora holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the International Business School in Bulgaria.
