Isabel Warby is a seasoned professional in customer success, strategy, and partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Hotels & Restaurants (EMEA) at Mews since January 2024. Prior to this role, Isabel was the Director of Strategy at WeTransfer, where strategic leadership contributed to a successful acquisition in 2024, including significant revenue growth and brand development efforts. Experiences also include serving as Head of Account Management at WeTransfer, Partnerships Director at Courier Media, and various marketing roles at Monocle and onefinestay.
