Hadley O'Dwyer has extensive experience in customer operations and account management within the hospitality technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Customer Operations at Mews since March 2018, Hadley has held multiple leadership roles that focus on customer success and account management. Prior experience includes a decade at Sabre Hospitality Solutions, where Hadley was responsible for the implementation of services for hotels across EMEA, and implemented standardized customer service processes. Earlier roles at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels included responsibilities in revenue management and distribution, where significant improvements in data processing were achieved. Hadley holds A Levels in Travel and Tourism, Business, and Photography from The College of Richard Collyer.
