Zoe Massey has a diverse work experience. Zoe started their career in 2018 as a Food and Beverage Server at Ruth Pretty Catering, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they worked as a UX Design Intern at NZX Limited and then transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at Mode Rentals, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Zoe is working at Mevo, first as an Experience Coordinator from November 2022 to March 2023, and then as an Experience Product Analyst starting from March 2023.

Zoe Massey attended Wellington East Girls' College from 2014 to 2017. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Design with Honors at Massey University from 2018 to 2022. Following their undergraduate degree, Zoe enrolled at Yoobee College of Creative Innovation in 2022 to obtain a Diploma in Web and UX Design, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
